THE NEUROGRAPHICS WORKSHOP

Picture

Neurographic art is a transformative, easy and fun way to rewire our neural pathways, harmonizing any contradictions and conflicts we may be holding onto subconsciously so we can create a smooth pathway for our desires to come into being.

Imagine not having to delve into your past to resolve issues or manifest or try to figure out where the problem lies.

Oftentimes the best way to transform obstacles is not with words but with images that contain power to change the way we think about the things we want to accomplish or create.

What's required? The simplest of materials which you may already have on hand:

●  2 black gel pens and a black magic marker. I recommend a narrow line gel pen (0.7), a wider gel pen (1.0), and a sharpie. The goal is to be able to make thin, medium and thick lines.

●  Blank paper 8 1⁄2 x 11. This can be any kind of unlined paper, like printer paper or drawing paper. We will only be drawing on half the sheet but will use the other half for something else.

●  Color making materials: fat colored markers (kids markers are fine), colored pencils or watercolors (although if you’re using wet materials, make sure the paper won’t curl).

I teach these classes on an ongoing basis, either individually or in a group format. Even when done via Zoom the results are just as effective.
