I'm so excited that you'll be joining me!

Meeting ID: 856 2197 6617 Passcode: 788988
Simple Materials List:
1. A pen or pencil to write with.
2. A few sheets of blank paper. (We'll use a couple sheets as a warm-up). Any size paper is good, even printer paper or drawing paper, even the back of a grocery bag If you want to be especially creative! Whatever paper you choose, make sure the weight of the paper is heavy enough so that the color you put on the front side doesn't bleed through to the back side of the paper.
3. Mark-making tools like crayons, markers, colored pencils, pastels, watercolors. Use whatever you have on hand or buy something simple and inexpensive. This is a learning experience - we're not creating a piece of fine art!
If you're attending the workshop from your office, we're going to keep it simple. Put a few different colored markers or pencils in your bag to have ready and use whatever paper you have on hand. l'll show you how you can adapt it to your own writing or journaling process.
