Sometimes the process brings insight into what you’re feeling. And at other times it reveals a new direction, a hidden desire, or something waiting to emerge.

I'm a mixed media artist with a background in psychotherapy,
life coaching, energy medicine, consciousness studies and the spiritual traditions.

Creative Alchemy brings these worlds together through a process that blends visual exploration with intuition, reflection and self inquiry.

I'll be guiding you with prompts, images, poetry, music, reflective questions, and other creative starting points while helping you stay connected to your own process from beginning to end.

Inside the experience

Begin with what's present.
Bring a feeling, question, desire, memory, tension, or possibility into the process. You do not need to know exactly what it means or where it will lead.

Give it visible form.
Using color, shape, image, collage, writing, or intuitive mark-making, your inner experience takes shape on the page in unexpected ways.

Witness what emerges.
As thoughts and feelings become visible, new insight, connections, direction, and understanding often begin to unfold naturally.

Over time, this process becomes something you can return to whenever you need clarity, direction or reconnection.
