1. Learning how to rest in the questions and allow the answers to appear.
2. Identifying how you connect to something greater.
3. Questioning separation/the separate self through direct experience.
4. Identifying the materialist and the spiritual perspective in yourself.
5. Chronos and Kairos time: allowing yourself to live in both.
6. Noticing the transcendent: where it is, where it isn’t.
Exercises in Access Your Spirit
1. Setting a Daily Intention:
Setting then releasing your intention to a greater outcome.
Tracking your experience of your intention
2. Practising Acceptance/Surrender:
Allowing and aligning without resistance
3. Presence/Interior Stillness:
Becoming present to the everywhere-ness of awareness, recognizing your connection/shared being with All-That-Is.
