In this workshop, we'll explore how and why inspiration is a natural, spontaneous function (when you're not caught up in your thinking) and how to stay connected to it. We'll look at the difference between inspiration and motivation, being inner-directed versus externally driven and how to invite inspiration in situations that range from the most mundane to the most challenging.
