As with all the modules, Module 5 consists of four components:
All of the audio recordings for Module 5 are now available as pdf transcripts. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to access them.
Just a reminder: Keep track of your experiences through a journal or notebook. That way you'll have a written record of your before-and-after experiences.
Listen to each module more than once, and it will become easier to understand and utilize the ideas and exercises found there. These recordings can now be part of your own library, so as you refer back to the earlier modules, you'll refresh your memory and find fresh meaning.
Access to these recordings is available anytime, 24/7. Listen to the recordings by clicking on the audio icon on the left side of the page or download the recordings to your own music library by clicking on the link to the right.
To listen only, click the black audio link on the left side of the page. To save the recordings to your music library, right-click on the underlined "Download" option to the right of each audio file.
