Welcome to the Inspired Life Formula!

Each module has its own dedicated page to which you have access through the link automatically sent to your email address according to your scheduled dates of delivery. Each module consists of four components, and the links for each one will be found at the bottom of the page.
  • An introductory questionnaire to be completed before you begin the module and returned to me in plenty of time for me to review it before our one-on-one call. Scroll down the page and you will find the button "Questionnaire" which will take you to an online contact form you can complete and send to me.
  • A primary recording approximately 30 minutes long which contains the major concepts and their rationale.
  • Exercises that are specifically designed to take these concepts from  theory to useful practices.  
  • A feedback form to be completed when you complete the module .  Scroll down the page and you will see a button marked "Feedback Form";  this will take you to a separate online contact form which you can complete and send to me.

Keeping track of your experiences through a journal or notebook is an essential part of the process. It provides  the opportunity to keep a record of your experiences, to be a lens for self observation and to let you see how your beliefs determine the degree of change that’s possible for you. I highly encourage you to find a journal or notebook that is not just a spiral-bound school notebook. Sometimes this is a challenge in and of itself for people who don't think they (or their endeavors) are worth it! Choosing something that is beautiful or handsome is making a statement about the value you place on your own self transformation. You can write down your thoughts, draw, collage, make diagrams or timelines - whatever helps you to record your aha moments.

The questionnaire: 
This form is for you to use in the way that you decide works best for you.  You'll find a list of questions to help you recognize what you believe at this point in your life and to become aware of which beliefs serve you or need updating. The answers to these questions can be used as discussion points for your work and our calls together, or simply as a "before and after" measurement.
It's strongly recommended that you answer all of the questions. The more you're willing to investigate, question and engage in the process of self inquiry, the more you'll get out of the program.  Transformation is always dependent on the amount of effort you are willing to put into it.

The audio recordings and exercises:

All the materials for the ILF program are downloadable to your music library or your document files. For the audio recordings, you have the option to “listen only” to the recordings if you are using a device that is not capable of downloading files. In a few instances, there will be information in pdf format which you can read or download in order to complete an exercise.  You can find all of these files by scrolling to the bottom of the page. All of the content for the ILF program is available to you for 90 days from your start date.

Please listen to each new module at least twice to get comfortable with and clear on the material. As you incorporate more and more of the program into your life, you'll want to refer back to the earlier modules to help refresh your memory and integrate new habits and ways of being in the world. These recordings will always be available so you can listen anytime, 24/7.  You can either listen to the recordings by clicking on the audio icon on the left side of the page or you can download the recording to your own music library by clicking on the link to the right.

 To save the recordings to your music library,  right-click on the underlined "Download" option to the right of each audio file. A pop-up box will appear -  choose "save link as".  This will bring you to another pop-up box that gives you a way to name and locate the file: you'll see the options to save as (the name of the recording), where  (Itunes library) and format (mp3).

Each module will have a feedback form you can complete and return to me once you complete the module.

 Module 1: Nurture Your Body

In this module, you're going to acquire new ways to use your body as an important tool in your self awareness toolkit. How your does body give you information? What can it tell your about your surroundings? What can it tell you about your habitual reactions?  Is your body open and present to your circumstances or is it living in the past? What are the best ways for you to fine-tune your body to guide you through your day? These are just a few of the questions you'll explore in this module.
