Nina Lockwood is a transformative coach who helps leaders access greater impact with more clarity and less stress. She does that by pointing you to the source of higher levels of productivity, fulfillment and well-being that innately reside within all of us but are often obscured. For the past two decades Nina dedicated herself exclusively to sharing the resources that enable us all to be happier, more creative, more successful and ultimately, a force for good in the world.
Nina's background has always emphasized personal development, personal growth, coaching others to be at their best, beginning as a psychotherapist and shifting to corporate training, management and being a solopreneur in NYC. Her experience in the business world has been intertwined with decades of teaching others about well being from a blend of psychological, energetic and spiritual perspectives that were based on decades of study in the wisdom traditions and training in well over a dozen energy healing programs. Nina also taught intuition development, visualization techniques, guided meditation and presence-based awareness. They all had value, and yet, none of them allowed her or her clients to actually transcend our psychologies in a transformative way.
What changed everything for Nina (and her work with clients) was discovering a completely different understanding of the limitless potential of the mind and how it affects everything we do. The solution to all of life's challenges is not to be found through following well-meaning advice or various strategies and methodologies but through connecting with our own innate wisdom and creativity. That's what will enable us to transcend the limitations of personality styles or traits or strengths and go far beyond what we think we're capable of. This built-in "GPS" is always available for every aspect of life, from the kitchen table to the board room.
Nina's clients come from all walks of life: entrepreneurs, executives, computer analysts, heath care professionals, artists, healers, career changers and retirees. All of them - and you, too, can trust your innate wisdom to know when it's time to step out of the shadows of the way things are "supposed to" be done and into the light of original thinking and genuine self expression.
PS: I'm not saying that you shouldn't listen to other people or look where they're pointing. And I'm also not saying there's nothing "out there" that needs improvement - far from it. I am saying that when you're able to get off the emotional roller coaster of reactions to stress and overwhelm, both on internal and external levels and check in with your own knowing, the best course of action becomes obvious.
