Nina is a transformative coach, motivational speaker, healer and workshop leader. She points people to higher levels of productivity, fulfillment and well-being that innately reside within them but are often obscured. For the past two decades she has dedicated herself to sharing the resources that enable women (and men) to find the simple answer that enables them to be happier, more creative, more successful and ultimately, be a force for good in the world.
If you're in a life transition or ready to achieve bigger goals in your personal or professional life, discovering your own unique resources is the best way to get there. Happily, it's inevitable, once you start tuning into it.
My clients come from all walks of life, from entrepreneurs, corporate executives, computer analysts, heath care professionals, artists and healers to career changers and retirees. All of them - and you, too, can intuitively know when it's time to step out of the shadows of the way things are "supposed to" be done and into the light of original thinking and genuine self expression.
What changed everything for me (and my work with my clients) was discovering a completely different understanding of how life works and what it means to be human. This perspective, often referred to as the Three Principles, and found at the heart of all wisdom teachings, totally eliminated my need to fix or repair myself or the world. And over the years I did a lot of fixing: I had tons of techniques to fix feelings, thoughts, even energy in the body... decades of study in the wisdom traditions, a master's degree in psychotherapy, training in well over a dozen energy healing program, instructor and mentor for the Healing Touch Program. Years of teaching intuition development, visualization and guided meditation. They all had value, and yet....
All that has changed. The work I do now is radically simple and transformative. I've found that the solution to all of life's challenges is not to be found through someone else's advice or strategies but through connecting with our own deep inner wisdom and creativity. This built-in "GPS" is always available for every aspect of life, from the kitchen table to the board room.
PS: I'm not saying that you shouldn't listen to other people or look where they are pointing. And I'm also not saying there's nothing "out there" that needs improvement - far from it. I am saying that when you're able to set aside the emotional roller coaster of reactions to suffering and destruction, both internal and external, and check in with your own knowing, the best course of action becomes obvious.
